Horrible

This all is absolutely painstaking to use. The “ai” doesn’t listen to a thing you say and instead provides you with the same responses every time. It’s a joke. The conversation goes in circles and it doesn’t know how to respond to any questions. This app needs some serious work.

Sales Practice - Miserable

We had to run through sales practices with this bot to help us improve? Improve what? I have no idea. The answers the app wants from you are way too specific. Two sentences worded slightly different could mean the same thing, this bot would only take one of them.

The answers it was looking for were also way too leading for it to be used as productive advice for any real life sales meeting. The artificial intelligence is simply not there for this type of work, and for them to act as if it is working as intended is baffling to me.

Terrible app

Worst app ever, they don't even send me a log in/welcome email in the beginning, and then for some reason the day before the sales competition my app just won't let me click on the spring 2024 role-play. So now I can't do anything, it's full of bugs and the animation is crappy. I feel sorry for all of us that have had to use it.

It’s so boring and repetitive

Once you get a a sales pitch down your done. It only takes maybe 3 or 4 tried to get a high score then you just read the exact same script over and over and maybe chance someone small here or there to improve the scores. The AI also is terrible at listing. If you have any agent at all, southern or foreign or what have you, it won’t understand.

Sorry you had to use this

One of the worst apps I’ve ever had to use. It’s mandatory for my class. I want to take a hammer to my phone every time I use this app. The app is extremely outdated and messes up words you say regularly so you have to keep repeating yourself. Just figure out which key words to say to finish your roleplay as quick as possible.
