Functionality vs admin use
The app itself seems very easy to use, direct and intuitive. Sadly my union does not seem to be capitalizing on the apps uses. It provides easy access to current contracts, rights and board members. It also has a calendar function and meeting minutes, but neither has any new or useful information. If unions used all of the apps functionality, im sure this would be a good app. For now its only as good as the effort put in by the union which is passive at best.
