Too many bugs
Will get all the way through a inspection and it will buffer and make me restart the entire process over. Not to mention every time you go to type a description it auto scrolls to the very top of the inspection, cancelling whatever it was you were typing.

Updates should make it better…but nope
Why won’t it pull up my vehicle info? The last update you just put in the license plate and it brought up everything now I have to enter all the vehicle info. Either fix it or change it back

Update
The most recent update is complete trash. It makes it harder to find what still needs to be done. The buttons are worse off. And they should go back to how it was. The keyboard also blocks the last few items, so you can’t see what you’re typing in those text boxes.

Crashing, CONSTANTLY
Since the update about 3 months ago the app keeps crashing. Have to uninstall app and reinstall to be able to use it again. Happens multiple times per day. Fix the issue!!
Terrible app
Every since the webpage app version was taken away it has gotten worse and worse. With the most recent update it keeps crashing when going to tech view and trying to click on your name. Tried updating the phone, tried restarting the phone, tried everything possible. The only “temporary” fix is to delete and redownload the app and enter the data location again then MAYBE it’ll work for a few more hours. I’m on my second time downloading the app today… at least bring back the web page version, for typing long stories that was so much easier to use, and it didn’t crash. Please work on this, I’m forced to use is every day, and the experience is terrible!

Needs fixed ASAP
Since new update two months ago. Screen is white on log in. Can’t see log in boxes. Come on R.O. writer!!!!

I give it four stars and say it’s good because it is, but the other reviews I agree with as well. It’s main function for us is vehicle inspections. It handles that perfectly. They gave us the ability to open tickets, input mileage, and even see history on open orders. It would be awesome if they allowed us to see history of clients vehicles without opening a ticket though. There are other small things that could be added that would be nice as well. Overall the function of inspections, which is why we got it, is flawless.

Poor quality
They are not keeping up with the times. It would be a great app if they would give it more features, like adding parts and emailing a invoice. Then it would be 5 Star
New update!!
After the new update the screen will no longer turn sideways on my iPad Pro. I use this app for submitting jobs for work. I use a keyboard and now I must submit with the screen sideways.. please fix ASAP!!!

It would be nice if R.O. Writer would let you try this app for free for a period of time. That way I could show my boss how it can save time and money.

Talk about out dated! In surprised they even have support for iOS 9.. No PUSH notifications, clunky interface, not user friendly, etc... The list goes on.
This honestly feels like a good idea that was carried out 60%, then thrown to market.
