I have used the paid version since 2010. If you log all expenses you can spot issues requiring maintenance. MPG consistently down 10-15 percent? Better look into it. Developer is quick to answer the few questions I’ve had. Use is intuitive. Data can be exported and backed up. Absolutely deserves your purchase.

All I was looking for in a gas mileage tracking app
I first started using this to track gas mileage. But since have transitioned my maintenance and repair logs entirely to this app for multiple cars. Everything you need in an intuitive UI. Been using this app for years now and wish I had discovered it sooner. Perfect car expense app
Just spend a few minutes adding fuel or service records on this app and you can tell they’ve obsessed over getting the insert screens to match how people actually use them. I’ve tried so many apps in this category to record expenses for my classic cars and this is the first one that just gets it. Everything field is exactly where it needs to be, every option is there exactly when you need it. Really impressed with how well they’ve nailed the user experience. This app is than worth the price.

One of the Best Apps I use.
Road Trip is the perfect App to track your vehicle running expenses. I have been logging everything on it for over 4 years and it never misses a beat. The ability to back up and share via the cloud work flawlessly. I really can’t think of any way it could be improved. 10/10 👏👏

Korzystam od lat, używam dla kilku pojazdów (samochód, motocykl) i jest idealna dla bardzo dokładnych statystyk związanych z kosztami ich użytkowania. Działa bez zarzutu.

This app is fantastic. I’ve used it for years (and I’m not sure how many off hand). I tried several when I was looking, and this didn’t disappoint. It’s one that feels so useful and precise that I recommend it to friends. And I appreciate the lack of nag screens for reviews and/or ads.

I purchased Road Trip on January 14, 2009. It is my oldest purchased app still in use. This is the most useful app I have and has been on every iPhone and iPad I have ever owned.
Missing feature
Having uses for many years, I find it quite useful however I would recommend adding a Apple CarPlay addition so that users could enter fill-ups under cars entertainment system, instead of having to pull out their phone

Excellent Application
I have been using Gas Buddy for years and when my Gas Card stopped working and the editing features disappeared I searched for a gas log and found Road Trip. The reviews of the developer reported quick responses for assistance and that is so true. Darren helped with instructions on how to import the data into RoadTrip and I am very happy with the results. I will abandon Gas Buddy. Road-trip is my new go to. Thank you Darren.

Super aber nur für fossile Kraftstoffe
Ich nutze diese App seit Jahren. Habe sie mir als ablöse für meine alte Android App gekauft. Nun sind die Zeiten weitergegangen und man überlegt auch mal Richtung E-Fahrzeug. Leider kann man in der heutigen Version der App aber nur flüssige Kraftstoffe erfassen. Es wäre doch ein einfaches hier auch kw/h als Maßeinheit zuzulassen! Bitte mal drüber nachdenken, verschafft ja auch neue Kundengruppen.

I’ve been using this app for over 10 years and it is the best one I have tried.
It’s excellent for getting the correct fuel consumption (I’ve had 3 Audis and a VW all of which give utterly incorrect fuel consumption in their on-board computer. My Q5 used over a litre more than it said.
Thanks to Darren Stone for his amazingly fast customer service, he sorted my problem very quickly.

Best App I’ve come across for this sort of category
This is a fantastic App for recording vehicle maintenance and fuel usage along with expenses. I’ve been using this App for the +7yrs now to keep records of our 5 vehicles.
The one improvement I could suggest is the ability to take photos of receipts and store them against the associated vehicle.

Dans les année 80, j’ai analysé les infos que je voulais noter pour suivre la consommation et les coûts d’utilisation de mon automobile. Avec l’avènement du iPhone, j’ai découvert et acheté Road Trip que j’utilise depuis possiblement presque depuis 2 décennies, ou p-ê plus. Les infos cueillis vont au delà de ce que j’espérais. J’adore cet outil.
