this app is absolutely fking horrible, cant even sign in, i put my email in and create a password and request a verification code. once i got that far i input the code and click continue and it just comes up with some chinese error message which i cant read even though i chose english. please fix your app its absolutely horrible and is just stupid chinese propaganda

Don’t even open the box just send it back but a good one Chinese junk
Upgrade
The application needs an upgrade. There is really no solution for English users. The application is Chinese, and unfortunately it's just a shame that it's like that.
the app keeps crashing
I’ve been trying it for several days, and the app keeps crashing. It won’t open at all. It’s a garbage product.
Cannot Connect to Camera
The camera looks like a great little camera but you cannot turn the date/time off. The config lets you change formats, but not turn it off. So I attempted to try using yhe RoadCam app. I turn on the network on the camera, connect up that WiFi on my phone, click the camera to connect to the camera and after a few seconds you get a popup message saying “Kindly Reminder please connect the WifFi cameras” The WiFi is from the camera and should be connected because the app displayed the network name under the camera icon. But I cannot access the camera. I went to the product help link, and it eventually sent me back here. Not good!
