Constantly asks for data update every time it starts, then takes ages to complete them
When I open the app, a message always pops up that it wants to update ‘referential data’ and ‘form definitions’.
When I click ‘no’ the app functions fine, but nags me every time again when I change to a different screen.
When I click ‘yes’ it blocks itself with a progress wheel and renders itself unusable for a minimum of five minutes. This is seriously annoying.
Please make the app only update itself when really required and update in the background.

Check this bug please
When you already uploaded the info and, if you go to the uploaded section and select the same report just to review it, it uploads the info again, repeating the report in our system.
Does not open
I was asked to use this App for work to record safety observations. It worked initially for two weeks and then I was prompted to update, which I did and now it does not open.
