It just works
Thank you Scott for this app! My routine on the couch is to switch focus between Roku TV and MacBook. Handy to be able to mute sound or do other stuff without having to reach for physical remote.

A Flawless Roku Remote for Free!
My Roku remote power button stopped working, so I needed an app to replace it. I was frustrated that so many of the other apps required a subscription for something so basic. This app worked right away and has been excellent. It is actually better than the original remote, and the fact that it is free makes it even better. I have been very happy with it and highly recommend it.

Truthfully I didn’t expect this app to work on my MacBook but it works perfectly. I am very pleased. It is faster than the real Roku app and doesn’t have any connection issues.

Still has a refinement here or there that could be added but overall an absolute gem of a program – completely free. Big kudos to the developer for this gift.
It does not work
It connects to my tv’s but it does nothing when I press any buttons, I restarted my Mac and the app 4 times and still nothing, it has access to the local network but still nothing
