FAQ

What does the Roam app do?

Roam is a Web3 application that provides global internet connectivity through an eSIM service and access to millions of free WiFi hotspots in over 180 countries. It also features a reward system where users can earn points for connecting to WiFi and participating in various app activities.

How can I earn rewards with Roam?

You can earn Roam Points by connecting to WiFi hotspots on the Roam map, checking in after connecting, adding new WiFi hotspots, referring friends, and participating in other in-app activities like leaderboards and special events. These points can be converted into $ROAM tokens after the Token Generation Event.

Is Roam free to use?

The Roam app is free to download and use for accessing WiFi hotspots and earning rewards. The Global eSIM service operates on a pay-as-you-go model, meaning you pay for the data you use. While the app itself is free, the eSIM data will incur costs.
