Obsessed with solo but shares. Sometimes I want to travel solo and sometimes I’m looking for someone to split costs because the solo tax is ridiculous, and it’s great that you can just use this for meet ups. I love that you can still travel solo and use it for the parts that you want. The cleared to roam criminal background checks are a game changer, and and the compatibility machining so you know exactly who you’re traveling with!! Honestly I can’t even travel with some of my friends. This is fantastic. I’m so tired of the swiping culture. I love how they have done things completely different. Love that you can browse trips or post your own. And I love the RoamBoard. It’s like 1,000x better than any Facebook groups that honestly were never designed foe what the solo travel groups try to be I mean here you can actually view peoples profiles which are geared towards travel and see if you’d be a match, and you’re Roamates you get percentage of how compatible you are. Also I love that people are serious and intentional about travel and I don’t have to worry about spammy or creepy messages like in those Facebook groups - I mean this is worth the money just for the !! I love the RoamBoard because you can save the posts to your planner. On Facebook it’s just disorganized and chaotic. The design of this app is sooo beautiful obsessed with the colors and layout. I mean even Bumble like their colors and interface are so boring. This apps design is one of the best I’ve seen like even way prettier than most of the top apps. It feels truly premium. Oh I also love the cost split calculator. And really just everything about it and their mission to end the solo tax. This app is exactly what the solo travel industry needed!!!!

Best solo travel app
This is the best app for solo travelers I have come across! Love that you can see travelers from all over the world, filter by what you want whether country gender or age. You can decide if you want someone just to split costs with to end the solo tax, find a travel partner, or if you just want to meet up in the travel destination. You can also post on the board or feed to seed if anyone wants to join you, or will be traveling to the same no place on your days. You can also ask for recommendations for hotels and things to do, saving it to your planner in folders makes it easy to organize and come back to. So much better than the Facebook groups if you ask for recommendations all you can do is screenshot. I also love the vibe check quiz it’s fun and funny. It’s cool to match up with people. I’m so sick of swipe culture in apps and like all the solo travel apps are like this so it’s nice Roamate is not at all. And Cleared to Roam is the best I won’t travel with anyone with out it, it’s so easy avoids any awkward convo of having to ask someone to get it and then with AI you don’t know if there faking it. Love this!!!

So pretty and actually functional!! Most social or matching apps literally all they have are profiles and messaging. I love that you can explore trip, and the roamboard is like a Facebook feed and you can ask for recommendations, help planning your trip, and you can save everything into folders in yours planner! I get so much use Also i love cleared to roam criminal background checks game changer!!

Great App for Solo Travelers
Finally, something designed for solo travelers. The great part is you can decide if you want someone to just split costs with, a trip buddy, or meet up. It’s not swipe based, not like the dating apps, or location based. You can meet and travel with people from all love the world, and you can post your own trips for find others. The app is intuitive, user friendly, and very nicely designed. I appreciate their mission to End the Solo Tax - let’s do it!!!

Love this app - total game changer
I love its mission to end the solo tax!! The app is beautiful and very user friendly, different from other apps I’ve used. It’s definitely not like a swipe-based or location based app like it says. I love that it’s compatibility based. The Vibe check quiz is so fun. I really like the Roamboard and planner, it really is like they say you’ve got a FB feed and Pinterest folders. Cleared to Roam is the real flame changer - LOVE the background checks.
