Misleading
They are totally misleading and fraud. They advertise on their website that you can download it instantly I purchase purchased eSIM on June 17 and when I try to login on June 19, they force the calendar to june 21
And when I chat with the Customer Service agent they said that we can do anything we can give you temporary eSIM for two days, which does not include calling and text
But in original plan, I have paid for calling tax and unlimited data
Very unprofessional ruined my trip.

Great selection of eSIMs
Have used Roamify eSIMs while traveling in seven countries so far. They offer a good selection of eSIMs with varying levels of data and date range. Only had an issue with one country and Adrian with support spent a large part of the day working to resolve the issue for me. Thank you very much!

I recently bought an eSIM from Roamify but being a bit of a Luddite I had a tough time installing it. I used the chat line for help with the installation and a lady named Tiffany helped walk me right through the process. Very happy with the support and the actual eSIM. Great product, great service vice, great price.

I was trying to install the eSim onto my phone but unfortunately with hardware issues tied to my specific phone model, I was not able to install the eSim. Tiffany was very patient and helpful, I would definitely use roamify in the future when I change phones that will support an eSim function.

On my second time using Roamify services, I had a problem where I bought a new phone and wasn’t able to transfer the eSIM card for USA. I contacted the support line, and was assisted on the second by Adrian! He was great helping me understand the issue, and providing a solution. It took less than 30minutes to solve. My ESIM went expired randomly before the expiration date. Tiffany helped me get a new one setup and made sure to award me the remaining GBs that I had left before the error occurred. 10/10. She was very helpful

I use this app when we go on holiday and if we run out of normal data. Had an issue last couple of days but the customer service is exceptional. Adrian is a legend and sorted the issue quickly.

I’ve used Roamify a few times for my trips to Japan. On this time, I was running into some issues with using the mobile hot-spot. Customer support has been responsive and on top of making sure I am taken care of. The network used also has good coverage and speed as well.

Got my eSIM before setting up an account so the sim wasn’t linked when I eventually signed up. Sent a message to the live chat and they responded and resolved my issue within 5 minutes
Trash fire. Rude support and product not as sold
Bought an unlimited data sim. It stopped working completely (not throttling). Support were beyond rude and said I’d used too much data (but didn’t know what that amount was). I’d barely used any data.

Constant Issues
I’ve purchased eSIMs about six times across multiple countries and had issues with four of them. Half the time the email with the installation instructions don’t arrive. I couldn’t get any reception in the middle of Wellington, NZ. Whilst they are very good when you deal with their online assistance, it is incredibly inconvenient when you have just arrived in a new country to have to spend an extra 30 minutes using airport wifi to fix the problems.
I have them another go after 12 months and still just as hopeless.
