I use this app when we go on holiday and if we run out of normal data. Had an issue last couple of days but the customer service is exceptional. Adrian is a legend and sorted the issue quickly.

I’ve used Roamify a few times for my trips to Japan. On this time, I was running into some issues with using the mobile hot-spot. Customer support has been responsive and on top of making sure I am taken care of. The network used also has good coverage and speed as well.

Got my eSIM before setting up an account so the sim wasn’t linked when I eventually signed up. Sent a message to the live chat and they responded and resolved my issue within 5 minutes
Trash fire. Rude support and product not as sold
Bought an unlimited data sim. It stopped working completely (not throttling). Support were beyond rude and said I’d used too much data (but didn’t know what that amount was). I’d barely used any data.

Service is ok, but they backhaul your data through Eastern Europe. Check your ip when using their esim and you will see that it shows warsaw or solvinia or some other Eastern European country. This was for a south American esim. Cheap rates mostly because you are the product.
So good and affordable
Recently went on a 2 week cruise all over Europe and it worked amazing throughout all 7 countries I always had a good stable connection. The price is much cheaper than other options but works just as well. I also spent the whole trip hot-spotting my brothers and it worked great. High

Wonderful support
I had an issue with the third eSIM I bought from Roamify. I could not load any apps that required internet even though my phone said that it had full bars and 5G mobile data. Support responded in less than 5 minutes and were helpful, even providing me a temporary eSIM until the issue was fixed. The problem resolved itself a few hours later. I will keep buying Roamify during my travels for the awesome customer service and cheaper prices compared to alternative eSIMs!

The Worlds Most Unfriendliest App
Literally nothing works on it like it should. The verify email didn’t work. If you buy the eSIM before signing up with an account then you’ll have to migrate your sim…. Which doesn’t work and to top it all off, no one ever responds to you on the live chat. Here’s hoping I haven’t wasted $30 on something that doesn’t work
