Updated app now works
Like many, when I updated app, it didn’t work. I accidentally got it working and here’s what I did. I already have an online account with Roanoke EMC. I had to reset the password to get into that account. Seems resetting p/w is the go to answer for all issues electronic. So I took my account number and updated p/w and plugged in that info into this app and to my surprise, the app worked. Try this and see if it works for you!

Not working
Will not update so cannot access the site. Is there an ETA for usage?
Awful app does not work at all
Back to the old days of paying bills by snail mail with this back woods outfit. Pathetic

Does not work
The new APP does not work , I am sure the bosses at REA know about it, apparently it’s not a high priority of theirs to get it fixed .

Uuugh
Seems the last couple of months I have tried to pay monthly bill electronically. Have had troubles with network through internet now the app does not work. I want to pay my bill, c’mon man!
