之前用了好几年，挺好用的，虽然app要花钱，温控探头要花钱也可以接受，现在不充值不给你烘焙了，一年快3000块，之前下软件就交了一次费用，现在还想骗钱？
Stealth switch to subscription
I paid money for this app and now it suddenly switches to a subscription only service? I won’t be subscribing and I advise you to find another app to use. It is not that good.
Subscription???
I purchased the app with no mention of limited functionality and no mention of a subscription. Now I can’t use it without paying more than I was originally told. I hope the developer reconsiders his business model and grandfathers existing users.
Charge you for the app and then hit you with subscription
Been using this app for over 8 years. Updated today to find no longer usable without buying into tiers of subscriptions. Long time users are being locked out.

No way! There are way too many free coffee roasting apps out there that do the same and perhaps better job of clocking roasts. Thanks but good bye! Too overpriced!

Long time user, priced out
Sad to leave, but I’m not going to pay for a feature that was previously free. Can’t print a label now without subscription. Sad times.
More $$ after the $10 purchase
Been using Roastmaster since 2010. Updated today, and it’s no longer usable without buying entitlements. You should have released a new app instead of bricking the app for long time users.
Needs update and more support
I’m super excited to try this out, it is feature packed and looks intuitive. The main problem I have is that it’s a bit dated, iOS 14 vs current iOS 18 and the support for cheaper, off the shelf Bluetooth probe thermometers (ThermoPro) is nonexistent.

This app has the capability to be a great app for roasting if they update it. If you have a Behmor 1600 and only use single origins your good. I can only inventory my single origin beans, wouldn't let me list my blends that are from multiple origins. So far this is a waste of $10
Like the full suite of Office
Except for coffee! And like the full suite of Office, I only use about 5% of what’s offered! I log inventory, roast times (nose, eyes, ears mainly) but overall, a useful tool for a roaster business. If there were just one item I’d like added, it would be the development percentage added to the roast screen! My mental math, converting the mins/secs to hit 25-30% DT is just too much every roast! Since dev time is a percentage function, why not add it?!?

Great App and so feature packed
I recently upgraded my roaster and wanted to use my ipad for tracking roasts. I took gamble on this app as the reviews are so old. What can i say it’s fantastic, i have purchased a ThermaQ Bluetooth temp unit. Setup was very simple and had probe readings up and running in minutes.
In terms of functionality its huge, i have all my green beans stored and tracked plus each roast has huge amount of data against it. Its a complicated program so you need to spend bit of time learning and the webcasts are great plus the help files built in to the app.
If you are into your roasting and want an app to log and track everything to do with on your ipad this is the one.

Amazing roasting app!
I tried all the major roasting software apps/programs. I used Cropster and Artisan extensively and came back to Roastmaster. The scope is pretty much one of the best you can use and it has all the features you could possibly want!
I just hope they push an update before apple makes it redundant.

Essential home roaster tool
Tool is very helpful in tracking my roasts and creating consistency in my output. I must also say that Danny has incredible to work with. Great developer and professional support! Have a cup of coffee and catch your breathe.
Great, well designed, modern app
I avoided this app for a long time because I *wrongly* thought it was dead and from the iOS 6 area of skeuomorphism. Screenshots on their website are dated, the roaster graphic threw me, along with infrequent updates.
I finally bought it today on the verge of writing my own app, and oh boy am I glad I did! I’ve really been missing out for a long time. It’s well thought out, feature rich, and works very well. If you home roast, and don’t want to use Artisan, this app is a must have. I have a Behmor, and it has custom profiles just for that which is great and niche because I can’t easily put probes in there and the automatic modes are already profiled.
