Subscription no longer working

I have been a long time subscriber to Robb Report and love its content. But for the last 12 months I have been unable to view content in this app, and their support team just keep sending me the same instructions to remediate, that don’t work. Even after I have sent them repeated screenshots of the error. Don’t use this app if you want to view Robb Report. Subscribe to the print edition.
