App doesn’t work anymore
How do I reset it
It’s not connecting and I threw out the instructions how to reset it. Any ideas. Please help

This was working part time previously and not not working at all. Total garbage.

Worked then didn’t
We had these two lights installed maybe in 2018 and they’ve been working great until now. They will not connect. Not sure if it’s the Apple update or some thing else but will not connect anymore. And this is September 2022. As of November 2022, still won’t connect. Sadly I think the company has gone MIA or under as no updates since 2018. Too bad as these are great lights when the work.

Bad Bluetooth connection
App lets you connect but after you log out and go back on. It erases the light your connected too.
So far so good
My wife and I just purchased this light for the kitchen. We had an issue with figuring out how to add it to my phone. But after reading the instructions, everything works great so far and we couldn't be happier with it. Having such a dim light in the kitchen before was very annoying.
Unfortunate
Works well when connected. Just had IOS update and now it’s not connecting to the light. Boo.

Won’t even find 1 of the 3 lamps I installed. Glad I wasn’t counting on this feature to work.

Giving this 5 stars cause I see a lot of negative reviews on this product but personally I just have one light and it's my ceiling light in my room I've never had problems connecting the dimming and color changing work flawlessly, not sure the range of the Bluetooth but I'm about 10 feet away as my room is rather small. Overall good product

Does not work
App finds the light but does not allow you to choose the fixture too add. It’s a problem with compatibility issue with iOS as I tried it on a android phone and works fine. So app is not fully compatible with iOS.
Display of the light connect doesn’t show.
After you have “successfully connected “ you can’t find the light that in which is connected and the reset option doesn’t work properly either. Weeks of trying and it’s still unsuccessful. Any suggestions?
Trying to add lights......
Trying to add the two new lights I purchased. Lights come up, touch OK, message that lights are added. And then goes to screen with an ADD button and my lights do not show up. Happy they work manually, wish I could use the functionality promised in the package.

App doesn’t work, I’m going to return my light that doesn’t work with the unreliable dimming functionality.

I don’t know if it’s the hardware or the software but I’ve been trying for hours to get it to “find” the two lights that it was previously connected to (and working fine before, except they wouldn’t sync too when using the “All Lights” settings.) and now I can’t even access the menu to the lights, so I am stuck between absolutely bright white and manually turned on and off. No adjusting or dimming or alarms. But I don’t know of any alternative options to this app so I guess I’m stuck.

Great when it works
We installed this light fixture in our home because we loved the style, and the Bluetooth functions were an added bonus. It is a very pretty light, and the led functions that are controlled by smartphone work well when you are connected. Unfortunately it is difficult to get connected. We have multiple smartphones in our home, and each of us would like to be able to change the programming at different times. If my husband connects to the light, I will not be able to connect without resetting the light. Resetting involves opening the app and turning the light on and off at the switch, so usually we just turn the thing off instead of dimming it for movie time. I would love to use the different functions but it is too much of a hassle.

Bare Bones Functionality
This app does the bare minimum. It works buts it's inconvenient. The app doesn't work with HomeKit or a Notification Center widget. The app is all it has. It also has a hard time connecting to the lights sometimes.
