Cannot unlock sections. Says there is nothing there to purchase. Gave one star because some of it is there.

You are absolutely right, and we are sorry. A store configuration error on our end made the unlock impossible to purchase. It is being fixed now, and no app update is needed: once Apple processes the fix, the purchase option will simply appear.
