Using app to save favourite stations on wifi setting does not work. Saving bbc 4, eg, gives bbc world service and saving a local bbc station gives bbc radio 5. Despite many attempts, does not work. It used to work (though complicated process) to find and save stations to favourites for wifi setting but no longer does. App needs updating. In general, app is badly designed and is confusing to use.

Got hacked and useless app
The radio got hacked with software that’s not updated properly on the radio and the app was terrible. Don’t use Robert’s. Go to some one who looks after its customers not the royal badge.
Rubbish app
Not very user friendly
The UNDOK app is more user friendly but unfortunately not compatible with the stream 95i
Please sort this out as this radio is not worth the money.

Hopeless
The radio itself is good, particularly on DAB+, but the app is utterly hopeless and I cannot get it to work, despite numerous attempts.
Unfortunately the radio cannot connect to the internet or Alexa without it, so I suspect the radio is going back for a refund.

Great radio but rubbish app
The Roberts 95i radio I have keeps periodically saying “please register with the Roberts companion app”. But you cannot do this with this app, it may need to be done on their website, not sure. On the app itself it is only internet stations that can be saved on the presets list, not DAB stations. The alarm cannot be saved on the radio, only on the app so you can’t set a DAB station as an alarm what is strange. It seems like a very good radio but needs a good software update and another app like the UNDOK like other Roberts use. Customer service are a non entity at Roberts , I’m keeping it and hoping they can make this great product work as it should as it does sound great.

What an appalling app! Ruins an otherwise very good radio
This app has been thrown together by someone who clearly doesn’t understand the functions of an otherwise very attractive and well designed radio. The app is pointless and I have resorted to just using the radio. Sadly there is no handset and the previous excellent app - Undoc- does not work with this product. I reached out to ‘customer services’ who were less than helpful, indeed evasive to my questions. I suspect that they already know that there is no hope for this app, and sadly the radio as a result. Very disappointing, since the radio will be returned as a result.

Complete Rubbish
This app is absolute tosh. It’s actually inhibits use of the radio itself. Just to add a simple radio station to a preset is not possible. The Internet radio functionality. Is considerably worse than the previous model. As far as connecting to Apple HomeKit. It seems an impossible thing to do.
Use Wiim or 4stream app instead
Roberts need to release updates for both the radio and app to improve and add much needed features
Internet Radio doesn’t work
I only bought the Revival Icon to play BBC radio via the internet. Awful experience. I’m a software developer, so it’s not that I lack the tech savvy. It’s just full of bugs and unusable.
Radio good, app is terrible
Title says it all, please fix terrible app.
Appalling!
I consider myself tech savvy but this app (in combination with the Robert’s Revival Icon radio) has defeated me! The 2 together are just completely unusable. The user interface is terrible! In fact so bad I feel
I have no option but to return the radio and stick with my trusty Robert’s Revival iStream 3L which may not be as pretty but at least works well independently of an app which can only be described as simply not fit for purpose.
Come on Roberts, you are an iconic British brand. Don’t rest on your laurels as a good reputation is much harder to earn than to lose.

Not fit for purpose
You can’t search or save stations or properly browse internet stations. Could you make the app user friendly like the UNDOK app….surprised Roberts normally does things to a high standard.
