I have never experienced as smart, efficient and helpful employees than those at Robertson Bank. Moving my account there is one of the best things I’ve ever done.

I have been with Robertson Banking for over 20 years, I very please with the services they provide especially the banking app that makes it easy and convenient to use any where!! App needs an update. It won’t let me go to the app
Why is the app so slow?
This is the slowest banking app I have ever used! It doesn't make sense why I have to wait 5 minutes for the app to unlock and display my account balance. It's ridiculous and highly frustrating. Please fix the app!!

Quick, convenient and Reliable
I love the convenience of making deposits without having to drive to the bank especially when working after normal business hours. The service is quick and reliable. I love banking with Robertson bank. The first bank I started with at the age of 18.
Issues
If I put in for a transfer and the app says transfers after 4:30 will be processed the next business day. It should say instead all transfers will happen the next business day because if you put in a transfer, you’re not gonna get it the same day you’re just not.

Can’t unlock card on the app
I’m having trouble unlocking my card on the robertson banking app. I don’t see nowhere i can lock it or unlock it. Please help me or maybe the app need a update or something

Please do not get this app if you lock your card over the weekend or something it’s not gonna let you unlock it anymore & also it does not display the correct amount in your bank account ! Terrible
Glitch in the robertson app
I can’t login to my robertson banking online account on the app. Or robertson bank website. Every time i click enrollment on the website it keep jumping back to the username. Even the info i was given from robertson bank won’t go through. I hope that it have more updates on the app and website and that i can enroll to be able to use the app

RBC New Mobile Banking App is Great!
Just like the bigger banks such as Bank of America, US Bank and Wells Fargo the new RBC mobile banking works great! Also my QBO bank feed now works automatically!
