Such foul and under maintained app from so called data leader operator. Very much disappointed.

Such foul and under maintained app from so called data leader operator. Very much disappointed.
Problems
After I paid for the 1 day subscription, I watched it for 1 hour and then closed the app and afterwards when I reopened it, it asked me to pay again for some reason. The live games don’t have any sound, I cannot hear the commentators or anything else.
Not working
I installed it and also recharged tk 14 , i got 40 minutes as well as My Sports pack with 1 day of validity , but its not working on my iphone 6s plus.
