A MUST have app

I’ve used other AI apps and none come close to Robin Knows. I’ve added it to my elderly in-laws phones and the “can you help me set this up” calls have turned into “this app is amazing!” calls.

I use it as well and my teens! Way better than chat gpt IMO

A MUST for anyone!

I’ve had this app for two weeks and have used it a dozen times to avoid being scammed - I regularly get texts or emails saying I need to follow a link to receive a package & this app has helped me avoid having my identity & banking information stolen.

Worth EVERY penny

I love this app!

My husband and I are constantly being inundated with tax and property notifications since moving to a new state last year, both from our old as well as our current state of residence. It has only gotten worse since we decided to retire. Apparently social security makes you a target for scammers. Ugh! Having had and run a successful business for many years, I’m pretty good at catching scam mail, but with the bad guys incorporating AI, it has gotten much harder to discern.

Enter Robin Knows…

I screen shot several emails and took poor quality pics of some recent tax bills and even a medical bill that seemed to be coming from a provider involved in my husband’s recent surgery. I immediately got results. Within seconds Robin detected the tiniest items that indicated that these were all phishing scams, breaking down exactly why they aren’t authentic. Wow! Worth every penny! I suspected most of these items, but was shocked by two of them. I’m looking forward to help tackling a number of technical questions, like how to project videos my kids send me, from my phone to the tv. I’ve tried using the Samsung instructions to no avail as there seemed to be an unsolvable communication issue between the two devices.

If RK can help me with this, I’m a fan for life!

Fixed my problems

I’m NOT a tech person and getting help is expensive. This has been the best solution for all network problems at my house, including all WiFi connected devices. I get many suspicious emails and texts, and this app is perfect for identifying scams. I plan to get Robin Knows for my aging sister as well.

Extremely useful

I’ve used Robin Know numerous times since recently downloading. Unbelievable. Helped me reprogram my tv remotes and diagnose a connection difficulty with my soundbar. Has provided easy directions on several phone features. It also gave me the correct customer service phone number I needed to solve a billing problem with my internet provider. The best feature is that it will ask for specific additional information in order to resolve issues. I’m typically a skeptic but this is a major time saver.
