Bitbuy forced to move
Can’t create an account as it just goes so far as the verification, then goes to my homepage! I was happy with Bitbuy. But it says I have to move to Robinhood by the 22nd of August. But it’s not happening.
Garbage
Kyc never completed and tapping to check the status returns error. Contact support is an AI that doesn't even work and just keeps looping. I can't even deactivate my account because it tells me to contact support. Such trash

Ich komme schon die ganze Woche nicht in mein Konto nein, habe schon haufenweise Kontakt mit dem Support versucht aufzunehmen jedoch bekomme ich es richtig irrsinnige Hinweise, die wachsende sind wie beispielsweise, dass das Handy angeschaltet sein sollte. Das ergibt überhaupt keinen Sinn. Jedenfalls gibt es überhaupt kein Support egal, in welcher Art und Weise man kann niemanden kontaktieren. Für mich ist das einfach nur beschämend.

AtAll! It’s good to have Robinhood here in canada and customer service was good! Unfortunately they don’t have stocks trade for time being, promised they have soon. I was reading other reviews SCAM etc , I have no idea advice anyone knows more. I hope it’s legit. Cheers !

I know everyone in the USA uses Robinhood when it comes to trading stocks and crypto. It’s exciting to see it come to Canada but why only crypto? I wanna see options trading just like the USA has not just crypto. Wealthsimple is the worst for options trading because of the conversion fees and cannot trade in USD without a USA account. Bring Options to Robinhood.

Well, despite the claim is that it works in Canada, that isn’t true. It definitely does not. Trying to get in touch with customer support also doesn’t work unless you have an account.

Impossible de faire du trading
Je crois que c’est l’appli la plus lente que j’ai jamais utiliser; il faut cliquer 3 fois pour faire un ordre, oublier le daily dessus. Hyper compliquer et pas logique niveau menu, enfin bref bien pour du DCA ou Swing mais pas bien pour trader

Gute übersichtliche app aber ein widget un schneller und einfacher nebenbei zu schauen wäre ein widget ganz gut. Bitte mal ergänzen dann gibts 5⭐️

Nicht brauchbar in der EU
Die App hat ein solides Design, hat leider aber nichts mit der US Version gemeinsam. Keine brauchbaren Funktionen.
Für crypto gibt es bessere Alternativen. Und die stock tokens brauch kein Mensch, sie werden als Derivate gesehen und haben keine Steuerfreibeträge wie richtige Aktien in Deutschland. Non Sense Robinhood EU zu benutzen

App hat Bugs & bietet nur minimale Basisfunktionen ..
Als ich mich vor über einem Jahr registriert habe, konnte ich nachvollziehen dass bei einer neuen App auch mal bugs auftreten und die Funktionalität erst schrittweise erweitert wird. Alles gut, aber dann innerhalb von 1 1/2 Jahren nicht mal bugs behebt die mir der Ansicht des Charts zusammenhängt, NICHTMAL ein verdammter Preisalarm eingefügt wurde und absolut keine finanziellen Ressourcen für die aktive Entwicklung frei gemacht werden, bei einem Unternehmen dieser Größe, finde ich einfach eine Frechheit.
Drückt den Leuten die wirklich die Arbeit machen müssen etwas vverdammtes Geld in die Hand , damit die App mal gescheit voranschreitet, anstatt Unmengen Kohle für diese dreckigen Promos zu verballern. Ffs.

Bedienung ist im Vergleich echt undurchsichtig
Die Bedienung der App ist echt schlecht und einfache Funktionen wie Kaufen und Verkaufen von Assets, Einstellungen um Crypto to zu sende/empfangen, etc. kaum zu finden. Drum steig ich hier aus.
