Unfortunately my time is short, but this card is and has always been reliable. This wingman held me down when times are scarce, and quietly supported self whenever necessary. Six stars✨✨
never works
I can’t ever access my card because every time I click on the app it says “Sorry we are unable to process your request right now. Please try again later.” Its been later, and I even have a new phone, but it still says the same thing.
Card app v Main App
The Balance should definitely be shown on the card app or you should be able to lock your card from the main app.
Suggestion
Would love to see more transaction details maybe with maps and merchant information.

This app is easy access to your account with out logging into your major account. I can see, if my has been posted. It’s hassle free.

Doesn’t Work
Not very useful if you can’t even login. Face ID doesn’t work & login info isn’t accepted.

Love the App in case you lose your card you just go into the App and turn it off.

Not sure if anyone else has the same issue but this app no longer works. An error msg shows
Problematic
The problems began when RFCU issue the new Visa cards. My card constantly decline on line and phone transactions. It occasionally decline in person transactions.
I spoke with someone over the phone. I was it was something in settings. The settings were verified and found to be correct. They said it should take care of it. It did not. Called back and was told I need to make an in person visit to one of the branches.

Card Guard Review
I absolutely love this app..
Said card was used funds held
Card Guard a RFCU project put me into a panic saying my card was USED instead of alerting me that funds were placed on hold. I had only charged 19.90 in gas. RFCU placed a hold of $175. Since Card Guard is a RFCU app, they should be able to more accurately report that funds were placed on hold not card used.
