App not working

Finally fixed all working now. 😄😄😄 thanks

On iphone tap app black screen displays for 1 second an then disappears. Tried re install but does the same. Tried powering robocom off and on no difference. Tried putting app on my iPad does the same. This needs an urgent fix. 😡😡

Will this be fixed and if so when.
