Makes kids sad
It doesn’t work. It crashes every time we click the Bluetooth button, both on my iPad and on my iPhone. The set costs over $100 and then the app, which is the main functionality of the product, doesn’t work. So much money for a toy that just makes my kids sad.

App crashes as soon as we try to connect to bluetooth on iOS 17 and iPhone 13.

So I was on the app,It works fine just soemtimes eveything freezes.Idk if it is just me.And the instructions are weird.Like wrong,but you figure it out after while.Its cool tho!I just have to fix it every few minutes…And how do you turn it off?Its hard to take out the batteries ,And it’s just on in my drawer currently lol.But it’s okay in my opinion.I added grips to the wheels to,Becuase it’s works better with grips.But I like it over all👍🏻

Try the Android App
The app crashes when trying to connect to Bluetooth. I had an android tablet from another project that I was able to install the app on. That connected pretty easily.
Why?
I got the box from my grandma A few days ago. It’s either old or this app is really bad. The dog I made is not going places. So, yes please fix this app or it’s me because I don’t like Lego fakes.

Bluetooth won’t connect and would not recommend unless you have an older device
How newer devices don’t work
So I’m guessing that the Wi-Fi chip in the newer phones are newer, and the one in the connection receiver is older

This app doesn’t work on any modern iPhone or iOS and there is no way to contact anyone at the app development company to fix the issue.

I used the app on my iPhone 8 then I used it on my iPad 8 and it didn't work

So I got the robot a couple of years ago and at that time I had and iPod touch, which the iPod paired and I was able to drive the robot, then I got an iPhone thirteen and it does not work any more. I would really like to play with it agin. I still have my iPod touch and it won’t even work with that even more. :(
