Won’t connect
I’ve got six down lights and a really strong Virgin internet, but after umpteen attempts at connecting them to the app I give up, very poor.
Not easy to use. Rubbish actually
If I could rate this minus 5 stars, I would. It is the least intuitive app I have ever encountered. I challenge anyone to make sense of it. Thank you Alexa for linking skills and making it work, finally
Bad
Always offline and very bad quality for how expensive they were. Cannot get them back connected.
Poor usability
Troubleshooting on the app is near on impossible, was hoping for better things for such an established company
Worse than rubbish
Never connects , loses connection and ultimately absolutely rubbish. Threw all components in the bin …best place for them all
