More stable homeowner audit experience The homeowner audit workflow is now much more reliable. During an audit, homeowners can answer questions, add photos, and safely leave the app at any time, then resume the audit later without losing progress. Even if the app is fully killed, previously completed answers and uploaded photos are still preserved and remain attached to the in-progress audit. New “Request Certified Review” workflow After a homeowner completes an audit and needs an auditor to review and certify that specific audit, they can now click the “Request Certified Review” button. The request will appear in the auditor’s pending request list, allowing the auditor to review and certify that exact completed audit. The final report can now include both homeowner photos and auditor photos, providing a complete view of the audit evidence. The existing Certified Audit Request flow remains a separate feature. When a homeowner clicks this option, it creates a request for an auditor to start a brand-new certified audit, which will appear in the pending request list for auditor. Auditor audit resume support For auditors, both starting a new certified audit and reviewing an existing audit now support full resume capability. Auditors can safely exit the app and return later without losing any progress, including answers, notes, and photos.
