The application is very unreliable and constantly looses connection. A complete east of time.

The shower works fine but the APP is useless. You are supposed to use the APP to set the settings on the control panel. You can set the name of the person on the APP but this doesn’t send that name to the Shower control panel. The factory default names cannot be changed and neither can their settings. On their promo video the names have changed but this is misleading - Roca UK have had confirmation from Roca Spain that the system won’t do this. Bluetooth connection between the control panel and iPhone sometimes is lost but nothing in the manual highlights this as an issue. Need to reinstate Bluetooth. The whole thing is frustrating annoying and costly.
