Incompetent.
When I first got the lights, the remote and everything worked fine. For some reason, now it doesn't anymore. Since I couldn't find a way to use it, I installed the app. It worked perfectly at first for under a day, but after a few hours the device disconnected for some reason. It was never able to connect again. I tried turning the lights on and off manually, installing then reinstalling the app, but still nothing. Wish I could return the lights but I can't. Now they can only be blue.

Good for a year or 2 & then the bugs begin..
I’ve had these lights for around 2 years I think.. erm & I’ve never had a problem with them ‘til now. For some reason the control doesn’t work and neither does the app. Idk why, as of yesterday the app says there’s no device ?!? And now my lights are stuck on this very bright green. 🤦 (which I only did bc I had a headache and green lights help w that.) and like .. my fav color is green, but this is too much. 😭 I think it may be time to just throw these out.

Works good so far
I’m not sure about the other reviews, maybe they improved their app, but it seems to be working fine for me. It connected to my lights quickly and immediately started working. I’ll check back in if my experience with it changes:)
Gets the job done
I don’t recommend using the turn on a specific time feature because no matter the days you chose it will do every day and it will not turn off. I can’t stop it. Ever. Send help. Every day these stupid sage green lights turn on at 6am and there is absolutely nothing I can do to stop it. No I will not unplug it. Send help. Don’t use that feature. Use an alarm, it’s just not worth it.

Never works
I keep having to reconnect and disconnect my device and it has a Health section but it doesn’t work and it barely goes through to my device I had to put my phone right next to it I overall think the app is awful

App doesn’t work and neither does the remote
I installed the lights and was able to successfully download the app. The remote don’t work. I tested and replaced the battery and the remote still don’t work. I’ve downloaded the app but it can’t find the device that it needs to connect to. I was so excited to use them because it did flash when installing. As a gamer, I’m just super disappointed 😞

When i first got the app, i went to register and get an account. I filled in my email and the password i would like to use. I waited for at least 5 min of only waiting finally i stopped, deleted the app and reinstalled it. The same thing happened. i love the lights but the app obviously has some bugs that the company needs to work out

Bluetooth pairing don’t work
The lights is amazing solid 10/10 no problems with the lights just the the pairing with phone When I first got the led lights I was able to pair it to my phone so I won’t have to use the remote. A year of me having my lights and now for a few months I am unable to control my lights with my phone or any other devices, I physically have to use the remote it self when I don’t want too. So like why isn’t the app working at all ? That’s what I need to know because I am tired of using my remote control it self to turn on or change the color of my lights.

This app is terrible
It worked for like two days and then only turned the lights red instead of off. Now it just doesn’t work in it’s entirety. I cannot even sign back in after deleting and reinstalling to try to fix it. It is so so so so so so so so bad.

everything works great but i had these led for a while now and it wouldn’t let me doing nothing i try deleting the from and uninstall it ECT it only lets select few color not all colors
Too many issues
If you’ve made the mistake of ordering these and haven’t put them up send them back now. They don’t just play music you get four pre chosen audios and can’t play any of your own music
The app is glitchy and you are very limited in color options. Choose a different brand. Even if they are more expenses it’ll be worth it. Just don’t keep thwse

Terrible!
I got my lights from this company, i was really excited to use this app. i downloaded and it would not allow me to register. i tried multiple times but it wont allow me to. i must use the remote now and i am really upset the app doesn’t work. definitely a horrible app.

The lights were perfectly fine at first but the app is just no. After a while the app wouldn’t work at all, I tried to turn off my lights using the app but it didn’t work and I deleted the room thing and it didn’t work, so I redownloaded the app and it still won’t work. This company obviously wasn’t ready to launch you should have tested it. Absolutely terrible.🙁

Blue 😠
When I first got this product I was exited but than the blue would not work so I kept trying and do I thought it wa a the controller so I tried to get the app but it was taking forever to register so I just had to live with it 🥲😔
Can’t register
When I installed the app and put in the info it would just sit on the loading symbol, tried this multiple times. This is a bummer since the dog chewed up our remote.
AMAZING
I don’t know what all the bad review are! There are some incorrectly spelled words but rather than that it works perfectly! It connected to my LED lights really quickly. But it needs to be on for it to be connected. The reason I am using this app is because the remote they gave me does not work. But THIS app does. Also the registration is VERY easy. You need to put your REAL email first though in order for it to work. Really works!!! I promise you!

I got the app and it won’t accept any of my Gmails so I can’t even get in and I need to because my led light remote isn’t working so I don’t anything to tire my leds on
