GET LATEST VERSION LOOP

Developer issue!! I have tried troubleshooting in every way possible. Deleting, redownloading, settings configurations, forcing app updates, everything Apple has told me to do. No matter what, it will not give me the latest version of this app. It keeps saying “get latest version” and when I go to get it, it loops be right back to an open option and keeps that cycle going. I have tried EVERYTHING. This developer has a lot of app issues I’ve run into many times. It’s very frustrating and I’m ready to just not use the church app at all. It is not uploading my small group so I can JOIN the group because it won’t update the latest version. Again - I have tried EVERY SINGLE troubleshooting method Apple has told me to do it’s not my phone - it is a developer issue. Very frustrating. I have worked on it for about an hour and no current version of the app.
