Very inconsistent and misidentified most of the items. So much that I couldn’t rely on the results and therefore couldn’t guarantee my pieces. A great concept for an app but not a reliable source. I then cancelled my subscription but was still billed. They haven’t corrected that issue either. Disappointed

It called a spinel a sapphire and a sapphire a tourmaline don’t waste your money
As a gem miner and dealer I was curious if it could discern an expensive Padparadscha sapphire and it thought it was a tourmaline or a regular $2K spinel which it thought was a $40K sapphire. This is a joke and considering how the ability to recognize and classify gems is the fundamental foundation of this apps ability don’t buy. Waste of space
