Hello! Thank you for this specific and constructive feedback. We completely understand your disappointment with the test results. Truthfully, distinguishing a cubic zirconia from a diamond, or a black diamond from a spinel, relies heavily on physical properties (like light refraction) that a standard phone camera simply cannot capture. Our recognition methods analyze visual traits, which can look virtually identical in photos. However, we are constantly working to improve our accuracy even for these complex cases! We would be incredibly grateful if you could share your test photos with us at info@codabrasoft.com so we can refine our methods. We truly hope you might consider giving our app another try in the future as we evolve!
