Very poor app
The app doesn’t have any way of leaving or retaining feedback. You can’t make notes about individual suppliers; and there is no way of making contact through the app. Information within the app is non existent with approximate delivery times not changing even an hour after the expected time. Delivery goes straight from “in progress” to “delivered” with no use of the “collected” or “out for delivery” icons.
All in all, very poor performance and one to be avoided.

I’ve used the app for a very long time, this new look and function is way better than the last, easier to navigate too.
However, when I search for certain shops in the search bar they don’t appear, but when I scroll to find them they’re there.
I would like an implementation of maybe a notification saying the driver is on his way or it’s been collected rather than having to go back to the app and refresh, sometimes the progress of the delivery isn’t updated. I had one the other day where it said it was accepted for an hour and then the delivery driver knocked on the door as soon as I called to see what was going on, when he left it changed to completed.
So some more clarity/transparency with the status of the delivery would be greatly appreciated :)

Now delivery tracking
When you use Deliveroo or uber eats you can track the delivery of the driver. This app tells you food is ready to pick up and that’s it. Very poor app
