Terrible it keeps saying oops no match found even though I keep taking a picture of a rock

I would give it 0 stars if I could. Absolutely did not work at all. It didn’t identify any rock I took a picture of. Need a refund. This app is a SCAM.

I bought and it was great them few months later it tell me I need to take a pic I due that and tell me it’s not clear I took five plus pics and now work it bad app and I can’t get help

It won’t identify anything
I tried scanning all of my crystals and stones and all it gives me is to check my WiFi connection and make sure the rock is visible…. No help what so ever

Don’t waste money. I tried to scan 4 legitimate rock/crystals and it said UNKNOWN try again. I want a refund

This app worked perfectly before the most recent update. I just renewed the pro version as well. I will be requesting a refund.
Doesn’t work
I would give it zero stars. I scanned several common stones and each time it comes up with cannot identify. Do not waste your money. It doesn’t work. It shouldn’t be this hard to figure out an app or to get help.

The camera takes a picture and scans it and every picture (every single picture) says "OOOPS" - it never identifies any stone. It did at first. Now it will not! WASTE of $$.

I've tried to take at least 25 different crystals in different lighting and it never ever works at identifying. Just says oops! Unable to identify. Ridiculous

most of the time this app tells you the photos are too blurry. i wish i could cancel it and get my money back.
Nonsense
I’ve downloaded a handful of these rock/crystal identifier apps now and I get a) the wrong stone b) a list of possibilities ( that doesn’t help me ) c) can’t identity or d) scanning the same rock on different apps and getting different results. Why would you pay money for these apps that don’t do what they are intended to

Was great until the latest update
We absolutely loved this app until the latest update which changed the way information on typical location is presented and completely removed several sections of information we used to get on healing properties fun facts and myths.
Rock Identifier
I like it. Seems very accurate on my gem and metaphysical rocks. My petite is apparently a hematite. Wanted to try it out.

THE MOST ACCURATE ROCK IDENTIFYING APP I’VE TRIED, THUS FAR!!!!!!!
I recently calculated the average accuracy given within the app after each scan. And, tbh, the numbers are actually quite astonishing! It accurately identified all 12 of the stones in my collection with an average accuracy rating of 87.1%! That’s a very impressive feat! Keep up the great work, devs! You’re doing awesome!
