Not recognizing payment
Yesterday I signed up for monthly rock identification through Apple App Store. Took lots of photos, some rocks were correct. One, large soft blue rock was identified as emerald. Quite wrong. Today I needed to buy the premium plan to ID rocks again or not see anything. Yesterday’s effort unavailable.

This app does not do a single thing it features in the adds. Furthermore, it does not even give you the specific type of rock it is! Even when it narrows the options down, it is rare that this app gets a single suggestion correct, even with the most simple to identify stones and jewels! You can never trust the answers you are given.

I do a lot of rock hunting on my local river and it is very handy

I tested this app with several different rocks, it was way off, showed mostly the same 5 options, which were very far from the color and markings of my sample rocks . Not worth the money, only good for entertaining children. Not a reliable app.
