Whenever I change the aura quartz to aura titanium in the name it wasn’t appear as the identification and when I asked them about it they said “it sounds like you’re having trouble with your update “ I have a new one that’s way better

It cost money to even use the app unless you use a seven day free trial and it use false advertisement about estimating the price of the rocks I wouldn’t recommend this app

It needs wifi, long time to scan rock and can’t find how much the rock is worth

Good but you could have gave people a bit more rocks to identify before you ran out and had to buy premium but other than that pretty good.

I’ve used this app now for years. I’ve tried others but keep coming back . The ease of operation, fantastic info, constant updates have made this my go to for keeping track of my treasures!

I enjoy this app although need to be accurate since it’s a paid app

I was only able to do two rocks and then made me pay for a subscription so I deleted it
This sucks.
You only get two identifications and you have to pay money to get unlimited identifications and it said that you can see how much money it’s worth, but it doesn’t work. I hate this app. It sucks.

The support here is horrible my ten year old took it upon her self to pay a trial from my account which she told me it was the cost to buy the app me not checking a month later the girl is already over the app and couldn’t even find the app to identify the basic gems that was given to her specially because we own a presidium this app is BS and is not legit and cannot identify NOTHING correctly. I asked for them to not charge me for I had no idea what they are even charging me 39.99 for and they won’t reply they won’t even see my understanding horrible customer service after anyones money specially when the app is deleted off my phone before the month was even over. I want this app off my phone until then my review is 0 stars for improper identification and improper customer service!! No app support at all!! If this is not taking care of I will report this app to the higher ups of Apple!!

I literally tested this app with a rock I already knew, and it identified it completely wrong. That made me lose trust in the results right away. Unfortunately, I can’t recommend this app.
