Now I don’t feel dumb
This app is amazing. Getting old sucks hard to see the tape measure anymore and having this app makes projects wi
This thing is unbelievable. Awesome tools
I bought the t1 m measure tape and the p1 printer and only dream I was smart enough to know how to use it but a carpenter will. It literally figures every fraction of an inch of an entire house and lets you print labels to stick to every board to scan and know exactly what cuts to make. I can’t wait to use it and educate myself on it and these tools are all military grade tools coated in rubber. REEKON you got something here that should take over the measuring market. Don’t regret a penny I spent on them

Landscape
Please please make display landscape for iPad
For P1l printer allow us to use already made QR codes
Wish for more options not just autogenerate QR code but to also let us print out existing QR codes like for a WiFi or devices that already have a QR code
cannot login to existing account on macOS
I don’t see anywhere to login to my account, only create a new one.
Not as impressed as others
Complete review will come after I’ve used it a bit but first off it does not support landscape mode on an iPad so if you are trying to take advantage of an iPad with external keyboard your screen view is rotated 90 degrees. That sure was not thought out well at all. We will have to try to use it, the failure to support landscape mode is huge for me, before commenting on the rest of the app’s design and implementation.

Great product but stuck on old version
Won’t let me download version 1.0 firmware… app says version 0.5.13 is the newest version!
Doesn’t work as shown
I’m unable to upload a PDF drawings as shown on the video. Defeating the reason I purchased the tape measure to use with my work. Hopefully they will fix it as I just get a blank screen.
Never works
Definitely not quite self-explanatory. The menus are very basic and very lacking. I’ve had this thing well over almost 2 years always the batteries are dead. They finally fixed the firmware so that won’t go dead, but now no measurements going into the app tried everything firmware update. twice really should’ve never bought it

So far I’ve wasted $100
Just got my label printer. Thought I would be able to print a QR code and attach a pdf to it. Are you telling me I have to have all my customers download your app to view the pdf?
Not Impressed
Very good surprise to get the P1 Tagger today! Knew it was shipping but wasn’t like Amazon in terms of an update when it was en-route. Not pleased, however, that custom labels can’t be made with text…the entire reason why I purchase the printer in the first place. Trying to use the tools within the app don’t work and there is no ability to customize any sort of label. Will update review if support is provided but first impression is not what I hoped.

Initial reaction...
Got printer, labels pre-installed - Backwards!! Thankfully, I am smarter than their QA / assembly people and instantly knew how the printer works, and knew the hot thermal print engine can't be on the movable part..
Speaking of which, the button to open the printer is the single worst design for a button I've encountered in about 60 years... So weak and flimsy I KNOW it will be broken after about the 3rd roll of labels...
But, that isn't the app... So... About the app...
Inital response and impression... Continue as guest... (Obviously you can use everything on the printer without an account right? What idiot would design it so you needed an account or internet (on a job site??)
OK, tried to print a label, it asks me to login, I say skip for now... Back to print screen.. Hit print... Asks me to login.... I smash my phone and the printer with a 16 Lb sledgehammer... OK, only want to.. Nearly slammed the printer to the floor though!
OK, I was doing a simple test QR code (one I might print a lot with this), and of course, I had to create an account, I used a 18 letter ransom password...
Upper and lower case, no words used, No acronyms... Not good enough need a symbol... Whatever... 19 letters then...
I had to start over on the label... After creating an account (not allowed to connect a printer without a stupid account!! Garbage...)
OK, so got the stupid account setup, and then had to recreate the label again!!! (Save button at bottom didn't seem to save anywhere!)
No, have to connect a device, and it won't connect from the print page! So I had to back out the the main page - it says to go to TOOLS menu, which for those people who know English, is called "Devices" NOT TOOLS, go there connect...
Create the label from scratch for the 3rd time...
It printed fine, except, it had the company name on the left side along with the title... Yeah, no, don't want that! Zero reason anyone would want that on EVERY label!!! NOT what I bought this for (to print their advertising? Sure, they just have to pay me $100/month for the ads being all over the place...
OK, well, I hit the "edit" to edit the label and remove that (it is clearly a software issue... Can't remove it!)
Well, at least the printed QR code is correct, and I could take sizzors and cut every label I print before I use them..
And I'd bet it didn't save this label again...
Gee guys, thanks...
And I don't want it saved to the cloud, having a backup of the phone gives me a full backup... No need for it to be shipped to another country...
I also wonder if I can buy standard Avery labels, I would HOPE so, but not seen that yet...
I hope the labels for screws and bolts don't was precious label space with their logo... Would rather have MY logo there if it has to print something there..
Good luck with this...
Ps: they call it a cloud because:
it is along way away
. YOU have ZERO control over YOUR data
. You have no control over when it goes away
. You can't control who has access to it, or where it gets sold to
. It often costs a bundle to get stuff into or out of it
. And lastly, they can change the price for thst access at any time
And it is actually a very harsh place to put anything, and it can just blow away without you being able to do anything about it..
Why the big push to move everything to the "cloud" (which they call it that to pretend it is pretty, and wonderful and amazing and looks soft and puffy! Exact opposite is true...)

Digital age!
As I move away from paper to digital I am delighted to better manage my time and projects. The easy display and feature rich app gives me many opportunities to incorporate efficiency into my work flow. The connected world is the way to go. I am happy not to lose “pieces of paper” or wonder if that was an “9” or a “6”. Well done Reekon!
