Incorrect Info and Inconsistent
The shuttles do not run every 10 minutes as advertised. The default location still shows San Ramon/Dublin/Castro Valley in California after I had notified customer service of this issue 1 month ago. When you GPS your location in Rock Spring Park, no shuttles are visible.
Wrong Location
New app update is defaulting to show routes in San Ramon,CA instead of the Rock Spring Route in Montgomery County. Route ID defaults to “VISA”
Mediocre and inconsistent app
App is hit or miss as not all buses have a trackers/GPS. The frequency of shuttle departures is also inconsistent from the metro stop to the business park.
Not working
The app is showing the SF Bay Area.
