Not worth it
Costs $14.99 and gives you nothing! The basic information in this app is easily accessible online and trust me, as a new mum I have read the exact same things when I did my own google search. I thought the app would help but I am left disappointed. Not much going on, leads you nowhere.
Saved my life
My baby has never been a great sleeper, I have bought every toy and sound machine that claimed to improve sleep and of course none of it worked!! I bought this app after it was recommended by a midwife, and wow what a difference. It’s been less than a week for us but my baby is sleeping in the cot, only waking once overnight for a feed!
I do not agree with the cry it out method that so many sleep training programs advise and this does not suggest this.

To be honest for the 0-4 months & the next age group I didn’t find any info different to what already had read in pamphlets from maternal health nurse to other books I’ve read or on google. Waste of money and the uplifting background music drives me nuts. Playing happy music when you’re completely at your ends wit does not help.

Thank you so much for this fantastic app! It’s absolutely incredible! Would absolutely recommend for all those struggling getting their bubbies to sleep! The videos are very helpful! And loved all the helpful tips! Already recommended to everyone in my mothers group!! It’s well worth it for a good nights sleep

Informative and practical app!
Great app which has age appropriate advice and tips for helping mum and bub get some sleep! I particularly like that it emphasises the need for ongoing love and affection towards your baby, without the need for bub to cry themselves to sleep. It is both educational and practical, giving me confidence that what I am doing is setting up good sleeping and settling habits, so the whole family can benefit from a good sleep!

Words from a now well-rested Mumma
I was lucky to meet the Safe Sleep Space team in the free advice centre at the baby expo, and my life has changed ever since. I went into that advice centre a distraught, sleepless Mumma and walked out of there with a heart full of hope, some strategies to implement that night and reassurance that it will get better. As soon as I got home and had a hand free, I downloaded the app and went through the notes and video with my partner. If you are looking for a quick fix or an app that will magically rock your baby to sleep, stop looking… they don’t exist (believe me, I tried to find one). These are long term effective strategies for the health and safety of your baby and also your sanity. They requirement commitment from everyone who cares for your baby because like any habit, consistency is key. Now well rested, I feel like I have my brain back and can write helpful reviews on apps that contain real, valuable and practical information.

Rockabub - misleading name
This app is misleading. The name ‘Rockabub’ suggests that it might be respectful and suggests you will be encouraged to rock your baby should he or she need it. I have not seen anything in this app to suggest it encourages parents to meet the baby at their point of need (eg rocking if that’s what baby needs). It’s all strict, parent led techniques that would jeopardise many breastfeeding relationships with it’s suggestions. It is very unrealistic at times and does not contain age appropriate suggestions, many babies and toddlers would not be able to adapt to this without a lot of tears and hassle, there are much better options out there for support!

Overpriced for what it offers
Information is brief and very expensive for an app that doesn't deliver much in my opinion.
Absolute Disappointment!
Pretty disappointed as this app delivers very very brief information through "dot points" not that I was looking for instructions but not sure where the validity of information was sourced from to slap a cost price like that on this app for "Nothing", add 3 more dollars and I could buy my daughters formula!!! Google has much more informative information FOR FREE!!! Do not download this app it's pointless & a rip off.

Too expensive
Definitely not worth the money. Couldn't play the videos on Apple TV. Videos were really short. I don't see what this has that general Internet sites don't.
