The staff at ROCKBOX makes you feel like family! RockBox is like that older sibling that smacks you around, then love on you later! THAT’S FAMILY!
I’ve been going to RockBox from day one(June 7th )and it wasn’t about weight loss… smaller waistline for me… it was/is about stamina! And RockBox has /is delivering! And at my age( old enough to know better, yet still young enough to try it!) stamina is key to success!

Love RockBox but hate this app
This is a review of the APP only! It’s extremely buggy and works only about 30% of the time! It is this way for everyone I know. I expect better from a high end company and gym. I really want this app FIXED!! Please fix it!!!!

New version is nice but cannot change location
This app seems to be refreshed. It definitely looks better. But now I cannot change locations. There seems to be no way to book classes at a different location. It was so easy on the previous version. Just select a location from the drop down. How did they screw up something so basic?
Update/login
With the update I now have to login every time I use the app.
Awesome staff
The RockBox staff is amazing. They are always so helpful. They build us up and encourage us to work hard and do our best. Live RockBox fitness.

Can’t schedule class
I cannot schedule a class at all. It keeps giving me an error message.
Constantly crashes
This app crashes and closes constantly. When booking a class and trying to add it to the calendar. If it would not crash it would be just fine. No ability to submit a support request either.
Force quits
The app closes out automatically when clicking Add to Calendar after booking a class. Frustrating.

Can’t book classes
I have a new membership and can’t book classes on the app. My friend joined 2 months ago and has no problems. What’s going on?

trying to book classes but says I don’t have enough credits even though I just signed up for another 6 month membership earlier last month.
