Server too slow
Takes too much time to process transactions, sometimes it might take up to 3 weeks for payment to be made which is annoying and poor from you guys . Nobody who uses the app can refer others. I made a trade with the p2p option since the last 5 days and my coin has been a accepted and I haven’t been paid yet , the last withdrawal I made for 63,000 naira , it said successful and I didn’t get the alert even after contacting the support service . Unpaid for a months now and no one picking my call or return my email

This app has kept me waiting for 3 months till date, they will send you email like everything is fine, when you trade with them it’s like you are in a cage cos you don’t know anything and their agents as don’t know about them.. it’s becoming serious that actions need to be taken for this app to be banned cos they cost more harms than good to their customers.. I made another transaction with agent told me I have being credited still no alert asked for a screenshot of the payment he said they don’t send screenshots that’s so ridiculous cos I have being waiting for almost one hour now .. you all should try Pandar cos this app will cost more pains, they have million of people queued for payment and yet they still act like everything is fine send you emails to trade with them that everything is fine, when your customer complain day after day and nothing is being done about it .

This organization or company is fake is located in Nigeria, don’t use this application is a fake application when you put money in it won’t come out anymore, I mad withdrawal with this app over a month now I haven’t been paid , a friend of mind made a withdrawal of 1m. There’s always delay in payment. I traded $130 steam with agent Ben, he said $50 has already been redeemed and it’s only $80 steam good, I sent him my UBA acc details and he said he’s made the payment yesterday around 5:31 pm. I waited till this morning before messaging him that I haven’t seen the alert then he said I should wait for 24hrs, which I did. I messaged him after 24hrs and no response. Una be scam, una dy chop ppl money for this app. You nor even deserve 1 star rating sef, rubbish 😡😡

Please I have been using your services for years and being patient with all your problems and delay but this is too much I have been trying to make withdrawals since the 1/7/22 and you refuse to credit me.
