Kaden talked me into getting the monthly subscription and she just made it so easy and simple! I loved the entire experience! Her and Jessica both are amazing at the one by Bert Kouns Ind Loop! Go see them for sure!! The BEST!
Not impressed
Update: still no response from multiple messages sent. still wouldn’t migrate my plan. The attendant migrated my plan for me, but then it showed on his pad when I tried to go thru the gate that I did not have a membership. Sat at the gate until I could find the payment I made at the first of the month. Then I was let thru.

Poor Layout
Enjoyed this at first, but when the app began to update automatically without my permission I became suspicious. There is no clear way to cancel any payment due to their error. I like to clearly see the cancel procedure up front regardless of my liking or dislikes. I am not set up for automatic payment yet the app still acts like I am. I will cancel any automatic payments.

Car was is perfect…app…can’t add vehicles and sent on report multiple times…no reply.

Not user friendly
Does not give details where needed. I.e. where to locate the RFID #, how many characters it has etc.
It’s a blast
I initially had some issues setting it up, but tech support and customer service were on top of things. If you have issues just send an email on their website.
