Expected Too Much Perhaps
From the website description of the app, I thought I’d be able to pull up records for our dog - that info is not anywhere in the app that I can find. (And, the receptionist at the clinic was unfamiliar with the app - seems employees should at least have a working knowledge of their company’s app.) I don’t in ANY WAY want this to be review of the clinic itself!! We LOVE Dr Morrow and RRAH!! Just a note about the app.

Minor Issue
I just downloaded this app. I attempted to upload a photo of my dog. I receive a notification that says the camera roll access has been prohibited and to enable it in the settings. However, when I go to the photo library access for this app, it only gives me 2 options: “Non” and “Add photos only”. Neither of these options enable the photo access to allow me to upload a photo of my dog to the app.

Decent but needs improvement
Like the app but when you hit call and it’s after hours the default is the Eden Prairie animal hospital when it should be the Golden Valley location. Why not let your customers chose via the settings page. Big oversight. Please fix.
Doesn’t work
Downloaded the app and it won’t even bring me to the log in screen.
