Terrible quality and sizes.
Very terrible quality, Primark type quality clothing. The size are very terribly matched up, for example large sweater is so tight but the matching set pants are humongous. Honestly just save your money if you’re thinking about buying from them.

I placed an order they took the money then canceled my order it’s been 2 weeks still no money mind you guys I spent $239.71.

I ORDERED HERE THE FIRST TIME AND GOT MY ORDER CANCELLED, I CHECKED TO SEE WHY AND IT SAID BECAUSE OF FRAUD (THEY’RE THE FRAUDS) SO A WEEK OR TWO LATER I TRIED AGAIN AND THEY TOOK MY FKN MONEY AND CANCELLED MY ORDER SO IM GOING TO BE PRESSING CHARGES. I purchased clothes for my daughter. They sent the wrong color. It took two months to get them and when they arrive, they were the wrong color. I asked for a refund they told me they only give store credit.

Return policy sucks
I bought size 34 pants and they don’t fit at all, and all my pants are size 34 from this app. No exchanges store credit only and they take $12 off store credit for returns that’s not even my fault. So I have to pay for them making the pants wrong. Not coo beware. I also bought sweat pants the pockets where stitched together on one side another defective item that I have to pay for.

I definitely thought I'd have problems with the address and practically thought my order wouldn't arrive, but honestly, the customer service was great. They responded super fast, and my order did arrive. The quality was excellent, and it arrived super late—a month! But if they keep up this good customer service, it's fantastic!

Horrible service
If I ever order again it won’t be for a holiday or a special occasion. They have nice items. Very poor customer service. I’ve ordered about 3 weeks ago and my order still hasn’t shipped out yet. I’ve never ordered anything that takes so long to ship out. Very disappointing, there’s also no one to talk to. Keep this in mind.

I returned the package, the jeans pant was too big, but unfortunately I didn’t get my refund credit back until now,it’s been 20 days since I returned my package, I tried contacting the customer service team still no response.

As a company manager that works in streamlining services this company does a terrible job at that. When you try to get any assistance with an order during peak order season the AI bots they have generating responses are terrible and do not offer proper resolutions. They also reject orders if you use anything different from your IP apparently which I find very frustrating due to frequent travel. I had two orders cancelled and the only resolution was to give up my ID and billing statement to an AI chatbot. I hate that I have to say this, but a clothing company should offer better resolutions than to give up your personal information and documents to order CLOTHING. It's a clothing website not a bank. Do better Rockstar.

Ive spent probably around 500 dollars on this app in the last two months just for constant disappointment two packages took over two weeks to send and one i never received and they wont answer me about a dispute there clothing is mad poorly all of there clothing that can be washed in a washing machine gets ruined after 1 or 2 washes dont believe there tags if they say washing machine safe
