Worst experience
Unprofessional, unreliable, and zero accountability. I booked a cab with RodBez 4 days in advance for May 10th, 2026. They cancelled the ride claiming a 40 km route is "too short" for them to bother with. If they have a minimum distance requirement, it should be stated at booking, not used as an excuse to strand a customer days later.
I spoke with Ishika Kumari and Anu Kumari, who were entirely unhelpful, and other call center staff even refused to give their names. I even attempted to reach the owner, Dilkhush Jha, but was blocked by his secretary, Abhishek. He dismissively told me to "look for other service providers" as he wouldn't help.
It is clear that from the leadership down to the staff, this company does not care about its customers. Save yourself the stress and follow Abhishek’s advice: look for a different service provider

Reliable and Comfortable Ride
I recently used Rod Bez for a trip from Muzaffarpur to Patna, and I’m really impressed with the service. The app is user-friendly, booking was smooth, and the driver arrived on time. In a city like bihar having it own cab service from city to every village I totally liked very impressive. One suggestion from my end you should be start doing the marketing to attract more customers by putting hoardings near railway stations so that people travelling from big cities should now about this great initiative.

Solving a problem
Thanks for bringing such solution for a major problem in Bihar. Used it for first time.
While app is quite good and user friendly, I would like to highlight few issues/suggestions to make user experience better..
1) while booking selecting time field is very small and not easily visible. It should be big and in center. I miss it always.
2) for the completed journey, option should be given "Book again" or "book return" and user should be able to book second time by just changing time in previous journey.
3) User wallet is not visible although representative sent a WhatsApp msg that wallet is added but it should be transparent in app also.
4) I was asked to share recording for a dispute, while this is company's responsibility to record all the calls. As a customer, we trust and hope for good experience and don't take hassle to record all calls.
5) Before cancelling booking, customers should be informed or consent should be taken if time permits..
6) they claim customer care 24x7 but many times they don't receive and neither call back.
7) when it's mentioned- "suitcase". it's assumed that it will be large as per flight standard. If anything otherwise should be mentioned clearly.. like medium size or cabin baggage size.. they mention 3 suitcase and one bag still they say make sure it fits in car. If you think medium size or small will fit, mention clearly. As a customer, we don't see the car you are going to send.
8) most of the cars have CNG hence very less boot space.. there will be option to keep luggage on top. It should be mentioned clearly.

Using RodBez for the first time.
Today I have used RodBez for pick up from my native village, Chakwa, Bathnaha, Sitamarhi for drop to Rajendranagar Railway terminal. I had lots of apprehensions about services. But experience is great beyond my expectation. Earlier I used to take services of local operators which used to be a bit costlier. Now onwards I am planning to take RodBez services for to and fro journeys till I continue to have good experiences. The entire team at Rodbez is fully committed to ensure that your ride is hassle free. Rodbez is my go-to service whenever I am travelling within Bihar. I must commend not just the way they operate but also the support that they provide throughout the journey. I have used their service at least a dozen times and have recommended it to everyone. Specially the way their customer support operates is extremely helpful for the elderly and people who may not be very tech-savvy. Absolutely applaudable work!

The App is useless
I’ve been using this app for quite a some time, this time i had to cancel the ride die to some change in plan. I did the cancellation right within the time limit. That is 4 hrs before. I was told there will be no refund as you made the cancellation via app. If i’d have cancelled it via call, then only refund is applicable. Now seriously i wanted to know why should i even use this app. The advance payment i made that was done via this app only. For the refund i have to rely on the call. Thats a really stupid excuses for keeping the advance. Its a fraud. It doesn’t matter if it has been mentioned in some of their policies, as no one notices the very small font of any lengthy terms and conditions. You have to be transparent about that. If you have ti compete with ola and uber then in terms of refund as well, you will have to follow a similar or maybe a better process. Stop making nonsense excuses.

Fraud company | Refund my Money
Do not book a ride with this service, as during the booking process, it displays all locations (Nepal - Bihar, Ride accepted) and the payment is made after discussing with their representative.
However, when I requested information about the driver and vehicle, they introduced a new policy stating that they do not provide rides outside Bihar, leaving me with the option to either cancel the ride or travel to the border for pickup. It is unreasonable to expect someone to travel 30 km to access a booked cab when they are unable to reach that location.
After canceling the ride and booking with another company, I inquired about a refund. They informed me that since I cancelled it myself, no refund would be issued. I am puzzled as to why their representative advised me to cancel if a refund was impossible.

Smooth Service
When I had to go Bangalore from Patna airport, I booked rodbez from my home Masharak. It was nice experience. In whole journey i talked with driver. Because i love to talk and take feedback, Because I am also a startup guy. Driver was quite happy with rodbez. After 7 days, again I booked from patna to Masharak. (When i landed in Patna) Both the driver were happy. Means rodbez is doing great work. In next 2 year, everyone can get quick cab service in Bihar for each and every city town. This is my prediction. Best cab service in Bihar
I had booked cab from Patna to our village for my parents. Pickup was timely and car was in good condition. They reached our village safely without facing any issue. The pricing was very reasonable and kind of unbelievable. I thought there might be some hidden charges and we might be charged more than what it’s showing. But no - the final bill was close to what was shown on app.

Affordable and sustainable initiative
Always wanted to try Rodbez after it was advertised on shark India.. So my first choice of travel when I Landed in Patna was Rodbez.. And I was not disappointed by my decision.. Rodbez is very affordable considering you don't have to pay for round trip if you are going outstation.. It's sustainable as cabs run on CNG (at least my cab did). I will definitely recommend this service.
