Not happy

Your app has been a pain since I downloaded it last month.
The app just turns off 2-5 times while trying to read the magazine.
Just got thru transferring all my data and apps to a new IPad 2 by using the cloud.
After several tries finally got your app reloaded and now it wants me to subscribe again.
I'll sleep on the problem and see if I can figure it out. But one thing foe sure is I will not pay for another subscription.
