Stole Money
I tried to purchase site credits. They charged me through Apple Pay. Credits never arrived and then they “Moderated” and froze my account.
Moderated After Attempting to Purchase Coin
I recently downloaded Rodeo Club, created an account, and connected everything successfully for. This was my first time using the app.
I attempted to purchase a small amount of Rodeo Coins through Apple Pay, and my CC was charged, but the transaction never completed. A loading spinner appeared with the message “this will take a few seconds,” and it never finished processing. After closing and reopening the wallet, it still showed “spending” and “waiting for tokens.” I waited several minutes, restarted the app, and then found that my account had been moderated! My profile is moderated and I can’t do anything with it!
I have not posted or interacted with any content beyond what it made do in the first 5 minutes of set up, I only attempted a coin purchase.
I have reached out to support via email and X, but so far no response for multiple days.
I was genuinely interested in exploring the app and its features, but at this point I am unable to use it in any way.

SAY NO TO GEN AI
This app is FLOODED with ai slop and the creators keep pushing “ai artists” on their TikTok page, it’s sooo gross. Gen ai has no place in creative spaces! It is already destroying communities and environments, taking jobs from real human artists and for what??? Derivative, nonsensical slop??? If you couldn’t be bothered to actually develop skills and ideas to create a piece why should I be bothered to look at it, let alone pay for it??? This app claiming to want to help artists connect and get work while also promoting and sheltering Gen AI garbage and its makers is so embarrassing and ridiculous. Say NO to Gen Ai and say NO to this app.

Random account deletion
My account was randomly deleted with no reason or email as to why. All of my posts and collections gone. Logging in with my credentials brings me to create a new account. Email as well.
