Useless
Misspellings galore. Enter dob in profile setup, see a different date appear in final profile. Weird gray select box appears on most pages. For the price of the actual device, companion app should be functional. There is no use trying to wrangle with this app as is.
App won’t even open
The app won’t open for me. My husband got it to open n his phone but the app freezes on the first page of registration.
App isn’t functional
The only functional part of the app is the calendar that tracks the wet /dry nights and whether they were woken up or not. But the badges and rewards can’t be seen or edited.
Pathetic app.
App says you can skip rewards if you want but the app won’t let you skip anything.
App is clunky. Can’t move forward to the next field because the keyboard is in the way.
Installed the app because I thought I needed it to use the bed wetting alarm system. You don’t. Skip the app and invest your time trying to figure out the hardware.
