Great Bank

Highly recommend to all service members,

They allow you to open a bank account before you turn 18 if you’re joining the military which helps a lot !

Set up was easy also.

I’m sure as they’ll grow more features will come.

Great Rates and Quick Customer Service

Industry Leader in Savings Account % rates and super fast customer service response. I like to park extra cash here as a result. It was very tough to transfer money into these accounts for the first 90 days due to fraud protections. I called numerous times to try to up my daily and weekly limits. They also need work integrating information sharing with external sources. They do not play well with other financial institutions yet but I’m told it’s coming…eventually. For the average enlisted service member, their target audience, it’s an easy to open and a great experience.

Login issue

In terms of banking services, Roger Bank is excellent. However, regarding app stability, there are issues with saving the username, password and with Face ID login. I hope these problems will be addressed in future updates.

A bank that cares

I’ve been looking for banks for a while now. I’ve spent hours/days/weeks/months switching banks and doing research, and I was never satisfied with them. There was always some kind of problem whenever I opened a bank account or just tried to use the money in my checking. But not Roger. It was so easy to set up, has all the features I was looking for, and has one of the best interest rates I’ve seen (for savings and checking!!). But the number one thing I’ve seen is their customer support. They are incredibly fast with not only their in-app inbox, but also emails. They answered all my questions I had and proved to be a bank that actually cares about its clients. I already love this bank and will soon be making it my primary bank. Great job, guys. You’re doing fantastic.

Good App

It’s a nicely designed app and UI. Has many great features. Transfer limits are bit low though. Hopefully they’ll continue to make improvements and begin offering additional products in the future.

Thank you for taking the time to share about your ROGER Bank experience and provide valuable feedback. For the first 90 days, transfer limits will be low but will automatically adjust. In the meantime, you can send a secure message or call us and request a higher limit or use a wire or mobile deposit to transfer money in. Setting up direct deposit using the auto-populated and auto-signed form also makes it easy to fund your account without having to worry about the initial transfer limit.

Nice app

The app itself is surprisingly good, modern attractive design, smooth and easy to use. It is unique from all the other banking apps.

The biggest issue is the extremely low fund transfer limits, I’m told the limit will raise a bit after 30 days but I’ll have to fight for it. Also the bank isn’t supported by Plaid yet so it’s very difficult to connect to or from external banks to move money. And the account itself took a week to open.

Losing a star due to all the annoyances.

We agree that a week for account opening is too long and have worked to make that process more automated and seamless, thanks to feedback from our customers. And happy to share that the Plaid integration is coming soon! Should roll out later this month, April 2025.

I love how easy the app is to use, and the rates for savings and checking are the best around. The best part is that Roger is helping young military families with their finances.
