The app will often not display recordings in my PVR even if I log out and in again, delete and reinstall the app - nothing. Super annoying. Updated to include: this happens after the show has recorded. I canāt download episodes because I canāt see them in the recording list.
Bad app, Rogers is the worst
NEVER WORKS. Updates did nothing. Continues to crash after signing in and will not let me access the services I pay for monthly. Super stoked I didnāt get to watch the NFL kickoff game due to this janky app.

Itās easier to use than the menu on my TV.
My only complaint is that I have wait for a recording to complete before I can watch it when not on my home wifi.

Rogers Xfinity Stream
Using streaming at my 2nd of 2 homes - it will not let me watch some shows unless Iām on my home wifi at my 1st home. It didnāt use to be this way and is very frustrating.
Issues signing in the app
I canāt seem to sign into the app with a email or password what is going on or wrong with the app

I used to use this all the time and now I can barley get the app to open itās so slow. Seems it was around the time of the latest update. So sad, rogers get your sh together.

Canāt log in
When I try to log in, a box pops up and the screen is blank. I canāt fill in my details at all.

So disappointed that I canāt stream my Rogerās anywhereā¦. Thought I could but I canāt because you have to be connect to your Rogerās wifi
Bell App is Better
The Bell app is a thousand times better. Canāt even pause or reverse when watching TV in real time.

Can anyone tell me why the app neither works on my phone or my iPad? Itās been weeks of on again off again and I want a rebate for lose of service.
Doesn't work
Can't login, just keeps saying oops! Something went wrong, but doesn't tell me what or give me any guidance on how to fix it.

Rogers does not work
Every streaming channel quits after about 20 seconds. Then restarts and goes for another 20 seconds. The new app wonāt open for me so I canāt even reboot the gateway without unplugging it. Calling TELUS on Monday
