Error 1202
This application is not functional and will give error 1202 when you try to make a new account.
BROKEN
Cannot sign in or create new accounts… Every time I try I get “timeout”. Basically to go F myself.
App sync issue
Wi-Fi setup process is well established and the App detects the robot provisioned and attached to the account. The problem is everytime i click on the robot i provisioned, shows me with “ Failed to Sync {} “ dialog and never let me to use the robot from the app. I would like to get a patch with the fix to let me use the robot operations from the app immediately.

Failed to sync
This app needs to be updated. My Rogue worked perfectly up until about two months ago. I know that it is an issue with the app, not the vacuum itself. I’ve read many other reviews and a lot of people are experiencing the same issue - failure to sync. The vacuum is pretty much useless without the app and Hoover will not do anything to replace it claiming my vacuum is out of warranty. I don’t want the vacuum replaced, I just want the issues with all addressed!

The basic functionality of the app is broken. The user interface is glitched and won’t bring up the keyboard to enter in a password. Wow, if you can’t get the most essential elements working to interact with the end user...
Failed to sync
Rogue setup just fine, but in the app just get failed to sync when you click on it. No support available. Completely useless app.

App use to work but now all I get is the message Sync failed. Ugh!

App Won’t Sync
Took forever to get my Rogue added to the app and now it won’t sync. Over and over and over - sync error. And on its first outing, the Rogue got lost and couldn’t rerun home. So disappointed all around.
Doesn’t work
This app used to work, but now I can’t even reset my password, it says timeout. I have done everything they suggest to get this sweeper conected to the app, please fix it, I love this sweeper does a great job, but now I can’t get it conected please fix it.
Can’t connect
Got the rogue for Christmas, have been trying to connect it to the app since with no luck. I’ll get to where I make it and it’s in the app then I try to connect it and it says error failed and will not connect. Extremely frustrating after how much was paid for the product.

App does not link
This app does not work. It keeps telling me that either my user name or password is incorrect. I tried reinstalling the app multiple times. I also reset the vacuum to its factory settings and it still doesn’t work. Now I have a robot vacuum that I can’t use all the features on it. Very disappointed . The app is trash.

No Good
App keeps saying “sync failure.” Is not usable at all
It is absolutely USELESS
The app worked for one day and have not been able to connect to it since. I’ve called customer service multiple times and there is no remedy. I literally lit a few hundred dollars on fire. Without an app it cannot map your home nor can you set a schedule. Selling this product should literally be illegal.

Won’t Sync
This app had been working great with my Rogue. Not sure if there had been an update since I have apps automatically update bit recently the app won’t sync with my Rogue so I can’t re-map and it does everything too random. Can’t use it at all anymore. Very frustrated.

Every time the machine has to explore my house it doesn’t save any rooms in the house now the app is not working it does not connect to the machine this is so frustrating I bought this to give me a less headache and now it’s bringing me more problems instead of helping out
