My water keeps saying that it needs to be filled, still water in, machine is cleaned from inside and outside, I contacted the manufacturer because still under warranty, nobody responded, I have sent more than 10 emails because is not phone number for them. Is definitely very frustrating when you paid so much money for a device that is not working properly.

cannot do partition cleaning properly
It keeps going back to my previous partition selection. So annoying

Each update causes new problems, you can’t change maps properly when you want to clean a different room, you can’t save maps properly. No go zones and barriers get forgotten. The hardware is good but the app is so bad now that I probably wouldn’t buy another Roidmi Product.

New bug everday! I can’t select rooms , when I try to click it goes away!
Bad update
Used to work fine, now the app will not connect properly. Go to my house wifi as instructed, presumably so it can get the password, then press two buttons and find the ROIDMI generated wifi. I do that but cannot progress any further, just keeps taking me back to settings to find the ROIDMI wifi. Apart from that the machine is still going after two and a half years. I can’t change the schedule or the map though.

Terrible
This app was a solid four stars a few years back but now it’s terrible. Messed up a map it had been using successfully for over a year by suddenly duplicating entire sections and rooms. Deleted the map but now it fails to map my house correctly or let me partition the rooms properly with constant failure messages. The failure to map the house has led to the robot always getting stuck in places it never used to have problems with and it rarely can find its way back to its docking station to empty and recharge. Ending up roaming the house trying to find it and then just sitting in random places until it turns itself off. Absolutely useless. This app ruined an expensive purchase that I was very happy with before. I wish there was some way to revert to the old version before you started “fixing” things.

Error right out of the box
Could not clear dirty water tank error message!
Useless
Got the EVA about a year ago, it worked for one week. Then it could no longer recognize where the base was as well as the drain always says it’s blocked. We complained to the company they sent us a new one and it did the same. This thing is useless.
Terrible
Confusing interface, very poor english throughout, unstable, has become progressively worse over the last couple of years as they have rolled out ‘updates’.
What’s happened!
That used to be good, albeit it needed work. The recent updates have ruined the app. It’s now so poorly designed. So many typos and I keep getting error messages trying to edit my map! Please fix it ASAP!
