IOS USA Support Needed

Unable to connect to wifi

I own a Rokid pebble. It would not connect to my router. I contacted Rokid customer service in China, and they blame the ISP for not supporting Rokid. The thing is, I cannot connect to wifi, and I don’t think it is reasonable for Rokid to attribute this issue to the ISP.
